Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the planned payment handling approach for GoHamSaya service bookings, escrow holds, cancellations, and provider payouts.
1. Booking cancellation
A requester may request cancellation before work begins. If payment has been held in escrow and the provider has not started the work, GoHamSaya may release or refund the eligible amount after review.
2. Service completion
After the provider completes the job and the requester confirms completion, the escrow amount may be released to provider earnings. Once released, refunds may require a dispute review.
3. Disputes
If there is a dispute about incomplete, incorrect, or unsafe service, GoHamSaya may review booking details, messages, receipts, completion status, and provider/requester statements before deciding whether to release, reverse, or partially adjust the escrow amount.
4. Provider withdrawals
Provider withdrawal requests are reviewed before payout. A withdrawal receipt or history entry may be shown after the request is submitted, but payout timing may depend on review and payment partner processing.
