GoHamSaya may help manage bookings, messages, wallet payments, escrow holds, provider earnings, and withdrawal requests.

2. Requester responsibilities

• Provide accurate service details and contact information.
• Pay the agreed amount through the available payment method when required.
• Confirm completion honestly after the provider completes the work.

3. Provider responsibilities

• Provide accurate profile, skill, and availability information.
• Complete accepted jobs professionally and safely.
• Follow platform rules for earnings, escrow release, and withdrawal requests.

4. Escrow and wallet workflow

A requester payment may be held in protected escrow during a booking. Provider earnings may become available after the requester confirms job completion or after GoHamSaya completes a review process where needed.

5. Withdrawals

Provider withdrawal requests may be reviewed before payout. Withdrawal availability, timing, and payout method may depend on verification, fraud checks, payment partner rules, and GoHamSaya operational policies.
